Remote EDI System
If you are a new user, register yourself with us. Click at the New User link, fill in the User Registration form. Register as ‘Remote EDI System User’. Submit the relevant details. After successful registration, login by providing your UserID and Password. If you are already registered, just login.Click at the Download Button available in the left hand side menu bar. You will be taken to the Download page after you accept the Terms and Conditions for downloading and using the RES Application(s).

A Download the zipped file from the Download section of the site. Unzip the file and extract the files in a folder. Now run the .msi file. This will start the installation of the package on your system. Follow the steps as they come on the screen.

To run any RES Package the pre-requisite is that the Date format (both Long Date Foramt and short Date Format) setting on the machine should be dd/MM/yyyy.

When you download the zip file for installing any RES Application, the user manual is zipped along with the package. You may refer the manual for detailed instructions w.r.t installation of the RES application and how to use the application.

Update patches are given in the download section in the form of a zipped file. Steps to Apply Updation Patches
To apply the patch :
Download the respective patch file (Zipped File) on your desktop (System).

Unzip the file, extract all the file(s) in a temporary folder.

Open the readme.txt file and read the instructions given in the file.

You are required to follow the instructions given in the readme.txt file to apply the respective patch
